Online ordering and gift card purchases on the Site are processed through Toast, Inc. (“Toast”), a third-party platform. When you place an order or purchase a gift card, you are subject to Toast’s own terms of service and privacy policy, available at https://pos.toasttab.com/privacy. Toast processes order and gift card purchase details, along with your name, email, phone number, and payment information when you order or buy a gift card.

Alta Brasa is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or functionality of Toast or any other third-party platform used to process reservations, orders, or payments. Any issues with such platforms should be directed to the applicable provider.

Menus, prices, and item availability are subject to change without notice. Photographs of food and beverages on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact appearance, portion, or presentation of the actual item served.

The Site may include or link to third-party services, including:

  • Google Maps (embed) (provider: Google LLC) — Displays our location on an interactive map. May involve your IP address and map interaction data. Privacy policy
